目的:研究普通鹿蹄草Pyrola decorata H.Andres全草的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20分子排阻色谱、ODS柱色谱以及制备HPLC等手段进行分离纯化,通过理化性质和波谱学技术进行结构鉴定。结果:从乙酸乙酯层和正丁醇层中分离得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为梅笠草素(1)、齐墩果酸(2)、熊果酸(3)、鹿蹄草素(4)、香草酸(5)、pomolicacid(6)、maslinic acid(7)、colosic acid(8)、3-β-O-α-L-arabinopyranosyl siaresinolic acid-28-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester(9)和ziyuglycoside I(10)。结论:化合物1~10为首次从普通鹿蹄草种植物中分离得到,其中化合物6~10为首次从鹿蹄草属植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the whole grass of Pyrola decorata H. Andres. Methods: The compounds were separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 molecular exclusion chromatography, ODS column chromatography and preparative HPLC. Their structures were identified by physico-chemical properties and spectroscopic techniques. Results: Ten compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate layer and the n-butanol layer, and were identified as Meadowsin (1), Oleanolic Acid (2), Ursolic Acid (3) (5), pomolicacid (6), maslinic acid (7), colosic acid (8), 3-β-O-α-L-arabinopyranosyl siaresinolic acid-28-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester 9) and ziyuglycoside I (10). CONCLUSION: Compounds 1 ~ 10 were isolated from common Hippophae plants for the first time, and compounds 6 ~ 10 were isolated from Hippophae for the first time.
