粒细胞集落刺激因子(G-CSF)是造血刺激因子中的一种特异调控粒系相细胞增殖、分化所必须的造血生长因子。近年来随着G-CSF基因在哺乳动物细胞及原核细胞中表达成功,重组G-CSF已于1991年被正式批准应用于临床。现在G-CSF已被广泛用于治疗各种病因的中性粒细胞减少症。如:先天性白细胞减少症、自发性白细胞减少症、周期性白细胞减少症、放、化疗引起的白细胞减少症、艾滋病人白细胞减少症、骨髓异常白细胞减少症等等。另外G-CSF还被用于加速自体骨髓移植病人白细胞的恢复以及降低化疗病人由于骨髓抑制引起的感染并发症的发病率。另外随着对其他各种造血生长因子生物学活性研究的深入,G-CSF和其他的造血生长因子的综合运用在治疗各种
Granulocyte colony stimulating factor (G-CSF) is a hematopoietic growth factor that is one of the specific hematopoietic stimulating factors that regulate the proliferation and differentiation of the granulocytic phase cells. In recent years, with the G-CSF gene expression in mammalian cells and prokaryotic cells successfully, recombinant G-CSF was officially approved in 1991 for clinical application.
