多年的教育教学工作告诉我:班主任的每一项工作都是用爱心和细心来浇灌每一颗幼苗,滋润每一个心田。一要全面关心学生的身心健康,让学生正常发展。作为班主任老师,我不但做严师,更多时候是慈母,在严格要求学生学习、遵规守纪的同时,我总是耐心细致地了解学生的生活、心理情况,帮助他们解决生活中遇到的困难,心理、生活上的困惑或障碍。现在的学生由于生在福窝里,有一点挫折就受不了,抱怨上天不公平,怨天尤人,不敢与挫折困难作斗争。我就利用“不以物喜,不以己悲”等蕴含深刻哲理的名言警句教诲他们,让他们从中受到启迪,走出困惑,从而勇于接受生活的磨练。总之,我除了严格要求学生努力学习外,还鼓励他们去打球、去唱歌、去练字、去关心社会,做到身心全面发展,德、智、体全面提高。 Years of education and teaching work to tell me: the teacher in charge of each work is to use love and careful to irrigate each seedling, moisture every heart.
