联合文化是军事文化的新形态。对于联合文化的研究及构建是建设军事文化的一项紧迫的战略任务。当前,随着社会的发展和时代的进步,我军的联合文化面临文化多元化和外来文化的冲击和挑战,并成为影响我军长远发展,事关我军性质、宗旨和本色的重要课题。在推进中国特色军事变革和履行新世纪新阶段历史使命的进程中,要维护军事联合文化安全,必须以创新的思维构建、科学的态度审视西方成果、军事训练实践为导引加强联合文化发展。
Joint culture is a new form of military culture. The research and construction of a united culture is an urgent strategic task of building a military culture. At present, with the development of society and progress of the times, the united culture of our armed forces is confronted with the challenges and challenges of cultural diversity and foreign cultures and has become an important issue that affects the long-term development of our military and the nature, purpose and character of our military.
