用热变性温度法测定了快生型大豆根瘤菌DNA中G+Cmol%,结果表明其C+Cmol%为58.4-65.6,菌株间差为7%,提示了不同种的存在。以液相复性速率法测定了快生型大豆根瘤菌与其它根瘤菌种之间的DNA同源水平,测定证明它们之间的同源水平很低。快生型大豆根瘤菌与慢生型大豆根瘤菌三个DNA同源组间的同源率分别力15,10和25%,表明其亲缘关系很远。同源水平的测定为进一步研究奠定了基础。
The G + C mol% of DNA in fast-growing soybean rhizobia was determined by thermal denaturation temperature. The results showed that the C + C mol% was 58.4-65.6, and the difference between strains was 7%, indicating the presence of different species. The DNA homology between fast-growing soybean rhizobium and other rhizobia strains was determined by the liquid refolding rate method, and the homology level between them was determined to be low. The homology rates between fast-growing soybean rhizobia and slow-growing soybean rhizobia were 15, 10 and 25%, respectively, indicating that their genetic relationship was very distant. Determination of homology laid the foundation for further research.
