目的探讨分析医院儿科门诊护理风险因素,并提出积极有效的方法措施。方法采用回顾性分析法,分析近年来本院儿科门诊的护理风险因素,参考相关研究文献和临床管理经验,提出儿科护理风险规避的方法措施。结果工作繁重、护理人员责任心不强、操作水平不高、护患沟通不当等因素均有可能导致儿科护理事故的发生,可以通过严格查对制度、提高儿科护理人员综合素质等方法全面提高本院儿科的护理水平,预防和减少儿科护理差错事故的发生。结论造成儿科护理风险的原因是复杂多样的,作为临床护理人员和护理管理者,应该在临床实践中重视相关因素的分析,并提出积极有效的解决措施,以减少儿科护理差错事故的发生。
Objective To analyze and analyze the risk factors of pediatric outpatient nursing in hospitals and to propose active and effective methods and measures. Methods The retrospective analysis method was used to analyze the nursing risk factors of pediatric outpatients in our hospital in recent years.
