痢特灵临床主要用于治疗细菌性肠炎、痢疾,均以片剂应用。膜剂治疗口腔溃疡增加了痢特灵新剂型和给药途径。我们自1990年用于临床,效果满意,受到医生的好评。介绍如下。 1 处方组成;痢特灵200mg,654—2 20mg,强地松10mg,甘油1.5ml,70％乙醇5ml,羧甲纤维纳2.0g,聚乙烯醇1.5g,蒸馏水加至100ml。 2 配制方法:(1)将痢特灵,654-2,强地松研细加入70％乙醇5ml,甘油1.5ml的混合液中搅拌至均。(2)另取聚乙烯醇1.5g加适量蒸馏水,加热溶解,冷却至80℃再加入羧甲纤维
