实验在28只麻醉兔身上进行。用方波串电刺激一侧颈迷走伸经中枢端(CVN)常引起肾交感神经反时性放电(RSND)以抑制为主的反应(占308/365实验).平均抑制时间为3.61±0.18秒。这种CVN-RSND反应是随着中枢神经系统状态的变化而变化的,表现为RSND的抑制时间延长或缩短。一般来说,引起交感神经背景活动增加时,迷走传入对交感神经传出活动的抑制就减弱。这种交感与副交感神经间的关系在外界环境适应中发挥了重要作用。
The experiments were performed on 28 anesthetized rabbits. With square wave stimulation of the side of the neck vagus nerve stretch through the central (CVN) often cause renal sympathetic anti-time discharge (RSND) to suppress the reaction (308/365 experiment). The average inhibitory time was 3.61 ± 0.18 seconds. This CVN-RSND response changes with the state of the central nervous system, showing a prolonged or shortened repression of RSND. In general, the increase in sympathetic background activity causes a decrease in the inhibition of vagal afferent activity of sympathetic nerve. This sympathetic and parasympathetic relationship plays an important role in the external environment adaptation.
