On September 11, 2001, a series of serious terrorist attacks occurred in the eastern United States. Some important buildings such as the New York World Trade Center and the Pentagon of the U.S. Department of Defense were attacked. The series of terrorist attacks on September 11 caused more than 3,200 people dead or missing and their economic losses amounted to several hundred billion U.S. dollars. Five years later, people’s scars and pain are quietly healing. However, terrorism has not gone far. The bombings in Bali, the London Underground bombing incident and the first elementary school incident in Beslan ... people’s lives and property are still under threat. On the fifth anniversary of 9/11, the magazine featured the cover of the U.S. media coverage of this incident to remind people not to forget the harm caused by the terrorist incident and to commemorate the people who were harmed in the terrorist incident .
