美国学者波斯纳提出教师的成长=经验+反思。没有经过反思的经验是狭隘的经验,至多只能形成肤浅的认识。对于一名化学教师而言,只有善于从经验中反思、吸取教益,才能冲破经验的束缚、常教常新,提高教学能力,提升教学质量。一名合格的化学教师必须从下面四个方面经常进行反思,确保教学的重心放在“学”上,让学生成为课堂的主体,使他们在自主学习中不断提高“学以致用”的意识与能力。
