采用整体解剖法观察了烟草种子胚乳细胞的增殖动态,用树脂包埋切片法和组织化学染色法研究了种子发育及其养分积累的过程。结果如下:①在种子发育过程中形成的胚乳细胞数有近半数因胚生长而解体;②胚发育的前期从珠被绒毡层获取养分,后期养分从胚乳细胞获取;③种子中的淀粉粒只在珠被中积累,花后6d达到最大值,花后13d消失;④花后12d蛋白质开始积累;⑤种子中的油脂约在花后5d开始积累;⑥种子发育初期,营养物质直接经过珠被表层细胞进入胚乳,花后10d开始,营养物质则从种脐处的维管束输入胚乳。
The whole body dissection method was used to observe the proliferation of endosperm cells in tobacco seeds. The process of seed development and nutrient accumulation was studied by resin-embedded sections and histochemical staining. The results were as follows: ① Nearly half of the endosperm cells formed during seed development were disintegrated due to embryo growth; ② Nutrients were obtained from tapetum at early stage of embryo development, and late stage nutrients were obtained from endosperm cells; ③ Starch grains Only accumulated in Beads and reached the maximum on the 6th day after flowering and disappeared on the 13th day after flowering. ④ Proteins began to accumulate on the 12th day after flowering. ⑤ Seeds in the seeds began to accumulate about 5 days after flowering. ⑥ Nutrients directly passed through the beads By surface cells into the endosperm, 10d after flowering, nutrients from the umbilical vascular bundle into the endosperm.
