[目的]探究新型农药助剂LD-10(授权专利号:200810103519.7)与常用农药助剂NP-10、NP-4对热带水域中非靶标生物的影响。[方法]采用半静态法生物测试,以食蚊鱼为受试生物,研究了这3种农药助剂对水中食蚊鱼的急性毒性。[结果]LD-10在24、48、72、96 h半致死浓度(LC50)分别为28.26、28.26、27.38、26.63 mg/L;NP-10的24、48、72、96 h半致死浓度分别为13.13、11.20、11.11、9.65 mg/L;NP-4在24、48、72、96 h半致死浓度分别为2.63、2.40、2.05、2.05 mg/L。[结论]NP-10和NP-4对食蚊鱼96 h的LC50值均大于1 mg/L小于10.0 mg/L,其对食蚊鱼为中等毒性物质;LD-10对食蚊鱼24~96 h的LC50值均大于10.0 mg/L,其对食蚊鱼为低毒物质。
[Objective] The research aimed to explore the effect of novel pesticide adjuvant LD-10 (Authorized Patent No .: 200810103519.7) and common pesticide auxiliaries NP-10 and NP-4 on non-target organisms in tropical waters. [Method] The semi-static biological test was used to study the acute toxicity of these three kinds of pesticide additives to mosquitoes in water. [Results] The LC50 values of LD-10 at 24, 48, 72 and 96 h were 28.26, 28.26, 27.38 and 26.63 mg / L, respectively. 13.13, 11.20, 11.11 and 9.65 mg / L respectively. The lethal concentrations of NP-4 at 24, 48, 72 and 96 h were 2.63, 2.40, 2.05 and 2.05 mg / L, respectively. [Conclusion] The LC50 values of NP-10 and NP-4 to mosquitoes at 96 h were all more than 1 mg / L and less than 10.0 mg / L, which were moderately toxic to mosquito fish. LD- The LC50 values at 96 h were all greater than 10.0 mg / L, which showed low toxicity to mosquitoes.
