研究了知母中(口山)酮化合物杧果苷(MF)的降脂作用。 材料与方法:①杧果苷采用以往报道的方法分离,光谱法确定MF的结构。②采用成年ddY小鼠,血样用毛细管从海绵静脉窦取出。③高胆固醇小鼠喂饲含1%胆固醇和0.5%胆酸的饲料,MF每日灌胃1次(30mg/kg)。④检测MF对Triton诱导的高脂小鼠血甘油三酯水平的影响:禁食18h后MF
The lipid-lowering effect of the anthraquinone glycoside (MF) of Zhimu Zhongkoushan was studied. Materials and Methods: A glycoside was separated by the previously reported method and the structure of MF was determined by spectrometry. 2 Adult ddY mice were used and blood samples were taken from the cavernous sinus with a capillary tube. 3 High-cholesterol mice were fed a diet containing 1% cholesterol and 0.5% cholic acid, and MF was given once daily (30 mg/kg). 4Effect of MF on blood triglyceride levels in Triton-induced hyperlipidemia mice: MF after 18h fasting
