目的探讨埃兹蛋白(ezrin)和SIX1蛋白过表达在甲胎蛋白(AFP)阴性肝细胞肝癌(HCC)中的临床病理学意义。方法应用免疫组织化学En Vision法检测ezrin和SIX1蛋白在50例AFP阴性的HCC组织及其相应的癌旁肝组织中的表达水平,χ~2检验和Spearman等级相关分析检验两者表达的相关性。结果在50例AFP阴性的HCC组织中,ezrin和SIX1蛋白的阳性率分别为68.0%(34/50)和60.0%(30/50),明显高于癌旁肝组织的阳性率,分别为38.0%(19/50)和26.0%(13/50)。χ~2检验显示ezrin和SIX1蛋白表达与肿瘤的TNM分期以及脉管浸润相关。Spearman等级相关分析显示ezrin和SIX1在AFP阴性HCC组织中的表达呈显著正相关。结论 Ezrin和SIX1蛋白在AFP阴性HCC组织中均高表达,两者的表达与肿瘤的TNM分期以及脉管浸润相关,并且两者在肝癌中的表达具有相关性。
Objective To investigate the clinicopathological significance of ezrin and SIX1 overexpression in AFP negative hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Methods Envision method was used to detect the expression of ezrin and SIX1 protein in 50 AFP negative HCC tissues and their corresponding paracancerous liver tissues. The correlation between the expression of ezrin and SIX1 protein was analyzed by Chi-square test and Spearman rank correlation analysis . Results The positive rates of ezrin and SIX1 in 50 AFP negative HCC tissues were 68.0% (34/50) and 60.0% (30/50), respectively, which were significantly higher than those in the adjacent noncancerous liver tissue (38.0% % (19/50) and 26.0% (13/50). The χ ~ 2 test showed that ezrin and SIX1 protein expression correlated with tumor TNM stage and vascular invasion. Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between ezrin and SIX1 expression in AFP negative HCC tissues. Conclusions Both Ezrin and SIX1 proteins are highly expressed in AFP negative HCC tissues. The expressions of Ezrin and SIX1 are correlated with the TNM stage and vascular invasion of the tumor, and their expression in HCC is correlated with each other.
