轴向相对位置是影响串列叶栅气动性能的一个重要参数。在保证栅距方向相对位置不变的情况下,运用Numeca对串列叶栅进行数值模拟计算。对比所选取的5种轴向相对位置串列叶栅总体性能和细节流场,得出结论。合理地配置串列叶栅前后排叶片轴向相对位置,使其狭缝射流作用更为明显。逆压力梯度降低,附面层增长缓慢。二次流强度降低,前后排叶片尾迹掺混程度减弱,通流能力和扩压能力增强,总压损失降低。
The axial relative position is an important parameter that affects the aerodynamic performance of tandem cascade. Numeca numerical simulation of tandem cascade was carried out under the condition of ensuring the relative position of the pitch. Comparing the total performance and detail flow field of the five cascaded cascades, the conclusion is drawn. The axial relative position of the blade before and after the tandem cascade is reasonably configured so that the effect of the slit jet is more obvious. Reverse pressure gradient decreases, surface layer growth slow. The strength of the secondary flow is reduced, the degree of blending of the wake of the front row and the rear row is weakened, the flow-through capacity and the diffuser capacity are enhanced, and the total pressure loss is reduced.
