Modern hospitals are multi-level, multi-sequence, and multi-linked medical complexes centering on medical care. They have both the nature of streamlined operations that are similar to those produced by enterprises, and there are many horizontal connections that are not easily followed. Coordinated management is one of the important management functions that adapts to the characteristics of hospitals.
