随着营养科医生的数量增多,因从业人员素质的参差不齐而导致医疗质量及安全管理引起的医疗安全问题日益严重。医疗安全问题是当前医院管理中最重要的课题之一。文章对营养科医生的职业概况进行了较为具体的介绍,结合浙江绍兴第二医院营养科的管理实例,对提高营养科医生医疗质量及安全管理标准进行较为深入的探讨,期望对该行业的未来发展有所帮助。
With the increase of the number of nutrition doctors, the medical safety caused by medical quality and safety management is worsening due to the uneven quality of employees.
