目的 :增加对三陪服务场所和三陪小姐的了解 ;研究在三陪服务场所开展高危行为干预的有效措施 ;研究干预措施与现有社区资源相结合的可能性。方法 :采用专题小组访谈 ,基线调查 ,发放宣传品、避孕套 ,播放录像 ,检测和咨询等多种干预技巧。结果 :干预的过程和措施为三陪小姐所接受 ,干预的结果发生了明显变化 ,但干预未能得到持续进行。结论 :干预措施紧紧围绕干预对象的需求来进行 ,干预对象的有效参与及平等的人际交流十分重要 ;小姐的流动性愈强 ,现场干预工作难度愈大 ,反之亦然 ;应该将性知识、性技巧及性理念作为传播预防性病艾滋病知识的更加有效的载体 Objectives: To increase knowledge of Sanpai service establishments and Miss Sanpei; to study effective measures to carry out high-risk behavioral interventions in Sanpai service establishments; and to explore the possibility of combining interventions with existing community resources. Methods: Various intervention techniques such as panel interviews, baseline surveys, distribution of promotional materials, condoms, video recording, testing and counseling were used. Results: The intervention process and measures were accepted by Miss Sanpei, and the result of the intervention changed significantly. However, the intervention did not continue. Conclusions: The interventions are closely based on the needs of the intervention target. It is very important that the intervention target is effective and the interpersonal communication is equal. The stronger the mobility of the lady is, the more difficult the field intervention is and vice versa.
