在中高职院校的护理专业中,英语教师专业化队伍的构建是涉及到新课程能否顺利实施的重要条件之一。本文针对中高职院校中护理专业英语教师专业化建设中存在的问题,着眼于适应护理专业国际化,培养出新型护理人才,提高涉外护理专业的竞争力的现实需要,对加强护理专业英语教师专业化建设的趋势和内涵进行了简单阐述,并对促进中高职院校涉外护理专业英语教师专业化发展的途径进行了探究。
The construction of the professional team of English teachers in the nursing profession in vocational and technical colleges is one of the important conditions that relates to the successful implementation of the new curriculum. This article aims at the problems existing in the professional construction of nursing teachers in higher vocational colleges, focusing on adapting to the internationalization of nursing profession, cultivating new nursing talents and improving the competitiveness of nursing profession in foreign countries, The trend and connotation of teachers’ professionalization are briefly described, and the ways to promote the professional development of English teachers specializing in nursing in higher vocational colleges are explored.
