对机械物理性外伤最常见的眼挫伤,笔者临床屡用经效散,取得良好效果,尤其是出血性损伤,伴有疼痛、结膜充血,流泪等症状时辨证加减投用本方、收效甚速。介绍供临床参考。其方药组成是:柴胡50克、犀角15克、赤芍、归尾、大黄各25克,连翘、甘草稍各25克。共为细末、每次空腹服15克,若易犀角增入羚羊角5克则效甚捷。具有瞳孔缩小时加用寒水石、青箱子、伴恶心呕吐者酌加豆豉、半夏等品。病势严重者可用上方1/2量煎汤内服,急以荡之。
