一、前言头孢烯(cephem)类抗生素是头孢菌素及头霉素类抗生素的总称。我们根据化学结构,认为第三代头孢烯类抗生素的定义应为“在头孢菌素骨架7位上有氨基噻唑基或甲氧亚氨基的物质”。按照此定义,原分入第二代的头孢替安应列入第三代,原分入第三代的latamoxef应列入头霉素类,头孢哌酮应列入脲基类头孢菌素。若从抗菌活性分类则第一代对革兰氏阳性球菌及革兰氏阳性杆菌有抗菌活性,对于β-内酰胺酶不稳定。第二代比第一代增加了
