将轮状病毒G1型Wa株的Vp7基因克隆到真核表达载体pCDNA3 1(+)中 ,经Sepharose CL4B柱层析 ,获得纯化的质粒 ,通过肌肉注射和皮下注射 ,免疫BALB c及F1小鼠后 ,产生了抗轮状病毒Wa抗体。其中F1小鼠的抗体应答高于BALB c小鼠。肌肉注射优于皮下注射。
The Vp7 gene of rotavirus G1 Wa strain was cloned into eukaryotic expression vector pCDNA3 1 (+) and purified by Sepharose CL4B column chromatography. The purified plasmids were obtained and BALBc and F1 mice were immunized by intramuscular and subcutaneous injection After the generation of anti-rotavirus Wa antibody. Among them, F1 mice had higher antibody response than BALB c mice. Muscle injection is superior to subcutaneous injection.
