三峡电站在全国跨大区联网的电力系统中处于核心地位,重要性十分突出,右岸电站是三峡电站的重要组成部分,要求控制系统不仅有非常高的可靠性,并应考虑特大型水电工程实施时间跨度大,不同的设备制造厂家及进度,现场机组投产施工期的灵活性,考虑电站建设期向运行期平稳过渡。本文针对上述问题,重点讨论系统设计原则、系统总体结构模式以及提高可靠性的措施等,以满足三峡右岸电站控制和未来发展的需要。
The Three Gorges hydropower station is at the core of the power system interconnected across regions across the country.
