制作感光板乳剂特性曲线,是光谱定量分析数据处理的一项基本工作。在光谱定量分析技术的发展中,建立了多种手工作图方法制作乳剂特性曲线;有一些工作者进行了数值变换方法的尝试,企图获得直线性良好的乳剂特性曲线。以前在这方面的工作大部分都是基于手工作图方法。电子计算机的普及应用使得用电子计算机代替人工处理乳剂特性曲线成为可能。复杂的曲线拟合问题用计算机可以很快完成。本文介绍的乳剂特性曲线计算方法以初步曲线法为基础。采用初步曲线法的原因是: 1.可以利用较少的观测值获得高精度的乳剂特性曲线。 2.计算规律性强,适于上机计算。
Production of emulsion plate characteristic curve, is a quantitative analysis of spectral data processing a basic work. In the development of spectroscopic quantitative analysis techniques, a variety of manual mapping methods have been developed to produce emulsion characteristic curves. Some workers have attempted numerical transformation methods in an attempt to obtain good linearity emulsion profiles. Much of the previous work in this area was based on manual drafting methods. The popularization and application of electronic computers makes it possible to use electronic computers instead of manual processing of emulsion characteristic curves. Complex curve fitting problems can be done quickly with a computer. This article describes the calculation method of emulsion characteristic curve based on the initial curve method. The reason for using the initial curve method is: 1. It is possible to obtain highly accurate emulsion characteristic curves with less observation. 2. Calculation of regularity, suitable for computer calculation.
