承德钢铁公司为推行现代设备管理思想、方法和手段,把提高全体职工对设备管理工作的认识放在首位,树立“自己的设备自己管”的思想,推行生产指标与管理指标挂钩、修理指标与质量指标挂钩的做法,杜绝了“以包代管”、“以修代管”的现象。为了提高职工素质,“八五”期间有4000多人次参加过各类岗位培训,为一专多能创造了条件,也强化了职工设备管理意识。
