为了贯彻落实《生猪屠宰管理条例》和《广西家畜屠宰管理条例》的规定要求,受自治区贸易厅的委托,广西食品商业行业协会于4月15~28日在南宁肉联厂开办了广西第一期屠宰工培训班,参加学习的有36人。根据1993年国内贸易部、劳动部联合颁发的《工人技术等级标准》中的《初级生猪屠宰加工工》的要求,进行教学。通过10多天的上课和实践学习,提高了学员生猪屠宰加工的理论知识,使学员们了解了生猪屠宰加工机械设备的仕能和操作技术,懂得了肉品品质的要求和安全生产及卫生知识。经考试,学员取得了较好的成绩。将由自治区贸易厅和劳动厅分别发给资格证书和等级技术证书。
In order to implement the requirements of the Regulations on the Administration of Hog Slaughtering and Regulations on the Management of Livestock Slaughtering in Guangxi, commissioned by the Trade Office of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, Guangxi Food Business Association set up Guangxi No.1 in Nanning Routine Factory from April 15 to April 28 Period slaughtering workers training courses to participate in the study of 36 people.
