目的评价新生儿复苏培训效果,探讨有效的适用于基层医院的培训方法。方法比较、分析138名学员培训前自我评价与笔试测评成绩和培训后笔试测评成绩;比较其中96名有培训经历者与42名无培训经历者培训前的自我评价与笔试测评成绩和培训后笔试测评成绩;比较46名复训人员首次培训后及复训前、后笔试测评成绩。医院督导评估医疗机构新生儿复苏工作开展情况。结果所有学员培训前自我评价显著高于笔试测评成绩,培训前、后笔试测评成绩比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);有培训经历者培训前自我评价及笔试测评成绩均显著高于无培训经历者(P<0.05),培训后笔试测评成绩比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);复训人员复训后笔试测评成绩显著高于复训前(P<0.05);培训前仅3家医院开展新法复苏,培训后参加培训单位均能开展该项工作。结论要在西部基层医疗单位开展新生儿复苏工作,除硬件投入外更应重视技术培训,采用与案例结合的操作性培训,强调个人技术规范性与团队合作的流畅性,定期的复训强化和必要的现场督导也非常重要。
