在消失模铸造生产中,较复杂的泡塑模型若不能在一副模具内成型,需先将其进行分片处理,各片单独用模具成型;然后再用粘接的方法,将分片泡塑模样组合成整体模样。下图为某型变速器铝合金壳体模样。由于该铸件有一个封闭的箱体结构,所以该模样被沿一轴和二轴构成的平面分为A、B 2片分别成型,然后再粘接起来,如图1。
