应用ＥＣＧ—Ｇ—ＭＲＩ三维立体方法分别评价了１５例正常人和１７例心血管病患者左、右心室容量及ＥＦ的相关性，并探讨了有关因素对左、右心室功能的影响，结果提示，正常人的左、右心室容量和ＥＦ均存在非常显著正相关，一侧心室容量与对侧心室的ＥＦ是非常显著负相关，在患者中，这种相关性明显下降。ＡＳＷＴ、ＰＳＷＴ、ＥＳＷＳ、ＥＳＡＣ／ＡＷ，ＥＤＡＣ／ＡＷ，ＥＳＲ／Ｔ，ＥＤＲ／Ｔ、ＬＶＭ等指标均明显影响患者的左心室功能，并且通过左、右心室的相互作用，对右心室功能也有明显的影响，但是除ＬＶＭ外，这些指标与正常人的左、右心室容量和ＥＦ均无明显相关性。
The relationship between left and right ventricular volume and EF in 15 normal subjects and 17 patients with cardiovascular disease was evaluated by using ECG-G-MRI three-dimensional method. The effects of related factors on left and right ventricular function were also discussed. The results suggest There was a significant positive correlation between left and right ventricular volume and EF in normal subjects. There was a significant and negative correlation between ventricular volume and contralateral ventricular EF, and the correlation was significantly decreased in patients. The indexes of ASWT, PSWT, ESWS, ESAC / AW, EDAC / AW, ESR / T, EDR / T and LVM all significantly affect the left ventricular function in patients and the right ventricular function is also obvious through the left and right ventricular interactions However, with the exception of LVM, these indices were not significantly correlated with left and right ventricular volumes and EF in normal subjects.
