尖牙、双尖牙、磨牙的合关系研究

调查武汉市2731个恒牙猎人群,年龄12~17岁,男性1468人,女性1263人,按正常标准从中筛选出85人,占调查人数的3%。对正常模型进行测量,探讨其尖与沟,尖与隙,尖与窝的对位关系特点,通过究得出以下结论:①磨牙中性,尖牙双尖牙跨骑关系和磨牙中性偏近中,尖牙双尖牙交错关系是正常的两种基本关系类型,分别占76%和24%;尖牙双尖牙的跨骑和磨牙偏近中的程度约为1mm。②两种型的形成机理主要是由于上下牙冠近远中径比例的差异及牙位补偿调整的结果。 A survey of 2,731 permanent teeth hunter groups in Wuhan was conducted, aged 12-17 years, 1468 males and 1263 females, 85 of whom were selected according to normal standards, accounting for 3% of the surveyed population. The normal model was measured to investigate the characteristics of the alignment between the tip and the groove, the tip and the gap, the tip and the socket. The following conclusions were reached: (1) The intervertebral and interdental interdental relationship is the normal type of two basic relations, accounting for 76% and 24% respectively; the degree of fangs and molars in fangs is about 1mm. ② The formation mechanism of the two types is mainly due to the difference of the ratio of the proximal and distal diameters of the upper and lower crowns and the result of the adjustment of the dental position compensation.
