我国职业教育机制创新的关键在于着力推进政府主导、行业指导、企业参与的办学机制建设,核心是构建校企合作的长效机制。文章从机制论的层次机制、形式机制和功能机制出发,分析了校企合作各利益主体之间的关系及其运行方式,结合国内外校企合作的理论研究与实践,提出了校企合作机制改革和创新的建议。
The key to the innovation of the vocational education mechanism in our country lies in making great efforts to promote the construction of a school-running mechanism that is led by the government, guided by the industry and participated by enterprises.
