通过水浸法研究了玻璃微珠填充聚苯乙烯(PS)复合材料的超声波传播特性。分别采用不同粒度和用量的玻璃微珠填充PS,研究其对超声波在复合材料中的声速、声衰减系数的影响。结果表明:当玻璃微珠粒径远小于波长时,声速随着玻璃微珠用量的增加而增大,而此时粒子尺寸的变化对其影响不大;声衰减系数则随玻璃微珠用量的增加而变化很小。当粒径接近波长时,声速随玻璃微珠用量增加而减小,而声衰减系数在低玻璃微珠用量时呈线性增大趋势。
The ultrasonic propagation of glass bead filled polystyrene (PS) composite was studied by water immersion method. The effects of ultrasonic on the sound velocity and sound attenuation coefficient of the composite were studied by filling PS with glass beads with different particle size and dosage respectively. The results show that when the diameter of the glass beads is much smaller than the wavelength, the speed of sound increases with the increase of the amount of the glass beads, while the change of the particle size has little effect on the glass beads. The sound attenuation coefficient increases with the amount of glass beads Increase and change is small. When the particle size is close to the wavelength, the speed of sound decreases with the increase of the amount of glass beads, while the sound attenuation coefficient increases linearly with the amount of low glass beads.
