[目的]建立同时测定玉米植株及土壤中丁草胺、异丙草胺和莠去津残留的气相色谱分析方法。[方法]玉米植株和土壤中的丁草胺、异丙草胺和莠去津用乙腈提取,柱层析法净化,气相色谱仪检测。[结果]对样品中的丁草胺、异丙草胺和莠去津进行不同水平的添加回收试验,方法的平均回收率为77.7%~102.0%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.7%~17.6%,最低检测质量浓度为0.02 mg/L。[结论]该方法的灵敏度、准确度、精密度符合农药残留分析的要求,适合大批量的玉米样品的检测。
[Objective] The research aimed to establish a gas chromatographic method for the simultaneous determination of butachlor, isopropamide and atrazine in corn plants and soils. [Method] Butachlor, promethazine and atrazine in corn plants and soil were extracted with acetonitrile, purified by column chromatography and detected by gas chromatography. [Result] The results showed that the average recoveries of butachlor, isopropamide and atrazine in the samples were 77.7% ~ 102.0% and the relative standard deviations (RSDs) were 2.7% ~ 17.6 %, The lowest detection mass concentration of 0.02 mg / L. [Conclusion] The sensitivity, accuracy and precision of the method met the requirements of pesticide residue analysis and was suitable for the detection of large quantities of corn samples.
