目的分析嵌入式运动想象疗法配合常规康复训练治疗脑卒中偏瘫的疗效。方法将2014年2月—2016年12月收治的120例脑卒中偏瘫患者采用随机数表法分为A、B两组,每组各60例。两组均使用常规康复训练方案,B组在此方案上联合嵌入式运动想象疗法进行治疗。比较两组治疗前后整体运动功能[简式运动功能评分(FMA评分)]、上肢肌力、日常生活能力[日常生活能力评分(ADL评分)]评估结果的差异。结果两组治疗1、2个月时,FMA评分、上肢肌力、ADL评分均较治疗前提高(P<0.05),B组的提高幅度比A组大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论嵌入式运动想象疗法配合康复训练对增强脑卒中偏瘫患者的整体运动能力、上肢肌力、日常生活能力均有益。
Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of embedded sports imagination and routine rehabilitation training on stroke hemiplegia. Methods A total of 120 stroke patients with hemiplegia were divided into A and B groups by random number table from February 2014 to December 2016, with 60 patients in each group. Both groups used routine rehabilitation training programs, and Group B was treated with embedded motion imaging therapy in this program. The difference of global motor function (FMA score), upper limb muscle strength, daily living ability [daily living ability score (ADL score)] between the two groups before and after treatment was compared. Results The FMA score, upper limb muscle strength and ADL score in both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment (P <0.05), and those in group B were higher than those in group A (P <0.05) ). Conclusion Embedded motion imagination combined with rehabilitation training can improve the general motor ability, upper limb muscle strength and daily living ability of stroke patients with hemiplegia.
