党的十八届三中全会把推动军民融合深度发展纳入党和国家全面深化改革的总体布局。面对国防和军队建设的新形势新要求,只有深入研究把握军民融合特点规律,树立深度融合理念、构建深度融合模式、完善深度融合机制,才能不断开启改革强军新局面。
