由于锰矿贮量急剧减少和工业对锰精矿增加需要,在选锰矿石时,要极大注意提高金属回收率的问题。目前,按部门计总锰回收率没有超过50%,而在选矿方面,苏联选矿厂的回收率平均为74%。选矿厂金属的主要损失(15~20%)与脱水和脱泥设备把微粒溢流排到尾矿场有关。为了提高锰回收率,作者在奥尔忠尼启则采选联合企业的包格丹诺夫选矿厂进行工业试验,选矿厂各种产品实行采用浮选流程。试验结果列于表中。
Due to the drastic reduction of manganese ore reserves and the increasing need for industrial manganese concentrate, great attention should be paid to the problem of increasing the metal recovery rate when manganese ore is selected. At present, the total manganese recovery by department does not exceed 50%, while in ore dressing, the average recovery of the Soviet concentrator is 74%. The major losses in the concentrator metal (15-20%) are related to the draining and desliming equipment that discharges particulate flooding to the tailings site. In order to increase the manganese recovery rate, the authors conducted industrial tests at the Bogdanov Concentration Plant in the Ordos Nippon Mining and Dressing Complex, using various flotation processes for various products at the concentrator plant. The test results are listed in the table.
