目的 研究切除卵巢雌激素缺乏时大鼠不同部位骨密度 (BMD)变化规律。方法 3月龄SD雌性大鼠 36只分为双侧卵巢切除 (OVX)组及假手术对照组 (Sham ) ,术后每月应用双能X线骨密度测定法动态观察 2组大鼠L1~ 4 椎体和股骨的BMD变化。结果 OVX大鼠术后 1个月椎体检测到骨量明显丢失 (Ρ <0 .0 1) ,股骨骨量丢失较为缓慢 ,6个月时出现明显差异 (Ρ <0 .0 5 )。结论 大鼠OVX后BMD的丢失速度为腰椎大于股骨
Objective To study the changes of bone mineral density (BMD) in different parts of ovariectomized female rats. Methods Thirty-six male SD rats of 3 months old were divided into OVX group and sham operation group. Each month after operation, 4 vertebral and femur BMD changes. Results One year after operation, the amount of bone loss was significantly decreased in OVX rats (P <0.01). The loss of bone mass in the OVX rats was relatively slow, with a significant difference at 6 months (P <0.05). Conclusion The loss rate of BMD after OVX in rats is greater than the lumbar spine
