《幼儿园园长专业标准》(以下简称《标准》)的出台,一方面是顺应国际教育发展的潮流,另一方面是适应我国教育形势的需要,对促进我国园长专业发展发挥着重要的引领作用。然而,如何通过《标准》引导实践、如何使《标准》对园长专业发展产生切实的影响,这些问题应是我们下一步关注的重点。本文通过分析《标准》的出台背景,指出《标准》颁布之后可能在后续的实施过程中面临灵活性不足、操作性较弱等现实困境,提出形成有层
The promulgation of the “Professional Standards for Presidents of Kindergartens” (hereinafter referred to as “Standards”), on the one hand, is in conformity with the trend of international education development and on the other hand meets the needs of our country’s educational situation and plays an important role in promoting the professional development of headmasters in our country effect. However, how to guide practice through “standards” and how to make “standards” have a concrete impact on director professional development should be the focus of our next step. By analyzing the background of “Standard”, this paper points out that the “Standard” may face some practical dilemmas, such as lack of flexibility and poor operability in the follow-up implementation process,
