本文比较了国内外对电子仪器可靠性所采取的措施。重点介绍HP公司提高电子产品可靠性的作法。还讨论了电子仪器可靠性对自动化测量的影响。文中提出为了改变我国的电子仪器可靠性工作落后状况,应该把可靠性工作重点转移到可靠性设计方面来。但是工厂自身无法解决可靠性设计的大量基础技术问题,希望有关研究单位能承担这类任务。本文的结论是电子仪器自动化的发展速度不应该超出可靠性基础技术工作所容许的限度。
This article compares the reliability of electronic equipment at home and abroad by the measures taken. Focus on HP’s approach to improving the reliability of electronic products. It also discusses the impact of electronic device reliability on automated measurements. In the paper, in order to change the backwardness of the reliability of electronic equipment in our country, we should shift the focus of reliability work to the reliability design. However, the factory itself can not solve a large number of basic technical problems in reliability design and hope that the relevant research institutes can undertake such tasks. The conclusion of this paper is that the speed of automation of electronic equipment should not exceed the allowable limits of the basic work of reliability.
