“食品中加药”问题投诉者有“职业化”倾向,承担食品药品监管职能的卫生监督所,一方面应依法查处被投诉单位和生产厂家的违法行为,保护消费者的切身利益,另一方面对“食品中药物”应该具体分析,维护经营者正当权益,防止“不作为”和“乱作为”的情况发生。现对“食品中加药”问题投诉进行分析,就卫生监管部门如何处理好相关投诉进行思考并提出对策。
