高职旅游管理专业是一个实践性很强的专业,如何培养出既有专业水平又符合市场需求的旅游专业应用性人才,是高职院校旅游教育必须解决的一个突出问题。结合多年的实践教学经验,在总结国外旅游专业实践性教学现状,分析我国旅游管理专业教育规模与结构的基础上,对我国高职高专院校旅游专业实践性教学取得的成绩和存在的问题进行全面分析总结,以期扬长避短,进一步提高教学质量。
Higher vocational tourism management is a highly practical profession, how to cultivate both professional and tourism needs of professionals in the application of tourism professionals, vocational colleges tourism education must solve a prominent problem. On the basis of summarizing the status quo of practical teaching of tourism major in foreign countries and analyzing the scale and structure of tourism management major in our country, this paper analyzes the achievements and existing problems of practical teaching of tourism major in higher vocational colleges in our country, Conduct a comprehensive analysis and summary, in order to avoid weaknesses and further improve the quality of teaching.
