DNA指纹技术是通过检测DNA水平上的遗传差异来鉴定农作物品种,具有准确、高效、不受环境因素影响,可鉴定表型上难于鉴别的品种等优点,是现阶段用于品种权保护,打击“套牌”侵权等违法行为的有效技术手段,也是推动农作物指纹鉴定技术快速发展的主要动力。本文重点对北京市种子管理站在农作物指纹检测技术开发与应用方面的情况进行介绍,并对下一步的工作进行展望。 DNA fingerprinting is the identification of crop varieties by detecting the genetic differences at the DNA level, with the advantages of being accurate and efficient, being free from environmental factors, identifying phenotypically difficult to identify varieties, and so on.
