校企合作模式是高等教育尤其是高等职业教育人才培养的重要模式,实现了学校与企业的整合互动,促进了高技能专业型人才培养质量的提升。但在校企双方合作的过程中,由于利益冲突抑或是不可控因素的存在,导致校企合作中出现了“合作洼地”。因此,校企合作不仅存在双方的整合互动,更多时候是博弈中的囚徒困境。本文以云南机电职业技术学院为研究单位,针对学院汽车技术工程系校企合作中存在的“合作洼地”现状,对校企合作中存在的困境予以分析研究,并提出解决这种困境的路径方法,同时为高等职业教育校企合作提供思路和借鉴。
The mode of school-enterprise cooperation is an important mode of higher education, especially the cultivation of higher vocational education. It realizes the integration and interaction between schools and enterprises and promotes the cultivation of highly skilled professionals. However, during the cooperation between school and enterprise, due to the existence of conflicts of interest or uncontrollable factors, the emergence of “cooperative depression ” in the cooperation between schools and enterprises. Therefore, the cooperation between universities and enterprises not only exists the interaction of interaction between the two parties, but more often is the prisoner’s dilemma in the game. In this paper, Yunnan Institute of Mechatronic Technology as a research unit, for the College of Automotive Technology Engineering School-enterprise cooperation exists in the “cooperation depression” status quo, the difficulties in the school-enterprise cooperation analysis and research, and put forward to solve this dilemma Path approach, at the same time provide the train of thought and reference for higher vocational education school-enterprise cooperation.
