随着油田开发的不断深入,油水井的井况发生较大的变化,如抽汲介质、注入水质等井下因素的影响,套管结垢现象越来越严重,因套管通径变小,致使通井管柱难以一次到位,就无法进行下步施工工序,也即必须进行除垢。目前除垢方式一般有机械除垢,化学除垢,或是二者有机结合;对套管进行除垢,如果选择方式不合理,将影响作业施工进度,伤害套管,同时消耗大量作业费用。为达到有效除垢,保护套管,必需优选处理方式,经过近年来不断探索,解剖分析每次施工,我们在作业施工中总结出了几项除垢工艺,形成“钻、磨、酸、刮、铣”工作思路,从而达到除垢施工规范化,取得了一些成果,收到了很好的经济效
