CFETR(中国聚变工程试验堆)是一种新的托卡马克装置。这个商用反应堆要求极高的高场超导磁体。CS和TF导体的最大磁场将达到大约15 T,这远远高于现在的反应堆。为了满足需求,新的导体Bi-2212 CICC被认为是潜在的一个超导磁体。因为Bi2212线需要承受在氧气环境下的特殊高温热处理,铠甲的材料是一个关键问题。作为一种新材料,Ni-80Cr性能优良,而且在高温下与Bi-2212接触时,几乎不与其发生反应。为了研究Ni-80C的机械性能,将样品的力学性能放在不同的温度下(高温、室温、低温)进行测试。测试的结果在本文中给出。
CFETR (China Fusion Engineering Experimental Reactor) is a new tokamak device. This commercial reactor requires very high field superconducting magnets. The maximum magnetic field for CS and TF conductors will reach about 15 T, which is much higher than today’s reactors. In order to meet the demand, the new conductor Bi-2212 CICC is considered as a potential superconducting magnet. Because the Bi2212 line needs to withstand the special high temperature heat treatment in an oxygen environment, the material of the armor is a key issue. As a new material, Ni-80Cr performs well and hardly reacts with Bi-2212 when exposed to high temperatures. In order to study the mechanical properties of Ni-80C, the mechanical properties of the samples were tested at different temperatures (high temperature, room temperature, low temperature). The results of the test are given in this article.
