采用半固态流变压铸方法对AZ91合金进行了压铸处理,研究了手轮开合度(增压压力和压射速度)、浇注温度和充填时间对AZ91合金铸件的成形、显微组织和力学性能的影响,并分析了其作用机理。结果表明,AZ91合金适宜的半固态压铸工艺:手轮开合度为1 080°、浇注温度为585℃、充填时间为3s;在此工艺下得到的AZ91合金压铸件的表面质量较好,硬度(HBW)达到83,合金的抗拉强度、屈服强度和伸长率分别为285 MPa、172 MPa和4.9%。
The semi-solid rheo-diecasting method was used to die-cast AZ91 alloy.
