目的:探讨心房颤动与BNP的关系。方法:选择住院患者36例,心房颤动患者20例,非心房颤动患者16例,心功能均为NYHAⅡ~Ⅲ级。正常对照组22例。住院患者于入院后24~48 h内(门诊患者在就诊24~48 h内)接受超声心动图、心电图检查,留取清晨空腹静脉血,采用RIA法检测BNP。结果:心房颤动组患者血浆BNP平均水平显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:BNP不仅是反映早期心功能受损的敏感指标,而且和心律失常相关,与心房颤动有较密切的关系。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between atrial fibrillation and BNP. Methods: Thirty-six inpatients, 20 atrial fibrillation patients and 16 non-atrial fibrillation patients were selected. The cardiac function was NYHA Ⅱ ~ Ⅲ. Normal control group of 22 cases. Hospitalized patients within 24 ~ 48 h after admission (outpatients in the treatment of 24 ~ 48 h) echocardiography, ECG, early fasting venous blood was taken, the detection of BNP by RIA method. Results: The mean BNP level in patients with atrial fibrillation was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion: BNP is not only a sensitive indicator of early impaired cardiac function, but also associated with arrhythmia and atrial fibrillation.
