随着科学技术的迅猛发展,智能电网技术在不断地革新和发展并广泛的应用到电力企业中。智能电网技术在理论和技术上都给电力企业带来了革新,促进了电力企业的进一步发展。但是,智能电网也给电力企业的人才战略提出了挑战,如何提高电力企业员工的专业能力和技术,提高员工的工作效率与积极性,是电力企业人力资源管理的重要课题。
With the rapid development of science and technology, smart grid technology is constantly being innovated and developed and widely applied to power enterprises. Smart grid technology has brought innovation to electric power enterprises both in theory and in technology, and has promoted the further development of electric power enterprises. However, the smart grid also poses a challenge to the talent strategy of power enterprises. How to improve the professional abilities and techniques of employees in power enterprises and improve their work efficiency and enthusiasm are important issues in the human resources management of power enterprises.
