胆酸是以牛或羊的胆汁、胆膏为原料经皂化、酸化和精制而成,主要用于配制人工牛黄、体外培育牛黄以及复方制剂清开灵口服液和注射液。从胆酸原药中分离得到两个结构未知的有关物质,采用核磁共振一维谱(1H NMR、13C NMR、DEPT谱)、二维谱(1H-1H COSY、HSQC、HMBC)及高分辨质谱(HRMS)研究其结构,分别为3,12-二羟基-7-氧代胆烷酸和3,7-二羟基-12-氧代胆烷酸,并对它们的1H NMR和13C NMR信号给予相应归属。
