为鉴定本所选育的红麻新品系对根结线虫病的抗病性,连续3年对7份红麻品种(系)进行田间自然发病鉴定,鉴定结果表明:在经济性状指标方面,福红991×J-1-113表现最好,其中2010年和2012年的单株干皮重分别为63.62g和23.88g,2011年的单株鲜生物产量为296.67g;在根瘤指数方面,福红991×J-1-113(品种名:ZHKX-01)3年根瘤指数的均值最小,为39.27,对花生根结线虫的抗病性状表现为抗病(R),其它6份红麻品种(系)均表现为中抗(MR)。
In order to identify the new kenaf germplasm selection of root knot nematode disease resistance, for three consecutive years of seven kenaf varieties (lines) field natural disease identification, identification results show that: in terms of economic traits, the blessing Red 991 × J-1-113, the dry weight per plant in 2010 and 2012 were 63.62g and 23.88g, respectively, and the fresh weight per plant in 2011 was 296.67g.
